These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the website https://goetia.ai/blog/en/es and the digital services offered through it (“Goetia” or the “Platform”), operated by SAFELY ENGAGE PRIVATE SERVICES, S.A. DE C.V.
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, the user agrees to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as by the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer Policy. If the user does not agree, they must refrain from using the services.

SAFELY ENGAGE PRIVATE SERVICES, S.A. DE C.V., with its registered address at Montecito 38 Piso 16 Oficina 25, Col. Nápoles, Benito Juárez, C.P. 03810, Mexico City, Mexico, is the entity responsible for the operation of Goetia.
2. SERVICE OBJECTIVE
Goetia is an artificial intelligence-based technology platform that provides digital experiences of a recreational, spiritual, and self-knowledge nature, including symbolic interpretations, narrative analysis, and recreational predictive content.
The services may include, but are not limited to: tarot, Spanish deck, horoscope, birth chart, numerology, palmistry, dream interpretation, family constellations, oracles, grimoire, sports predictions, and integrative psychic chat.
The user acknowledges that the content is generated through algorithmic models and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND MINIMUM AGE
The Platform is intended for:
- Individuals over 16 years of age within the European Union.
- Individuals over 13 years of age in Mexico, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
Minors must have the consent and supervision of a parent, mother, or legal guardian. Goetia does not have robust technical age verification mechanisms; the user declares compliance with applicable legal requirements.
4. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To access certain functionalities, the user may create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted from their account.
Goetia may suspend or cancel accounts in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.
5. NATURE OF CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE
The user agrees to:
- Use the Platform in accordance with law and public morals.
- Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the system.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and visual elements of Goetia are the property of SAFELY ENGAGE PRIVATE SERVICES, S.A. DE C.V. or its licensors, protected by national and international intellectual property law.
Use of the Platform does not transfer ownership rights over said elements.
7. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS, AND NO REFUNDS
Certain functionalities may require payment, whether through subscription, credit purchase, or pay-per-consultation.
Unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise:
- Payments made are final.
- No refunds are issued for content already consumed.
- Subscriptions will renew according to the terms provided at the time of purchase.
Goetia may modify prices by notifying users in advance.
8. TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
The user acknowledges that the Platform operates using artificial intelligence and that:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results may occur.
- The service may be subject to technical interruptions.
- Continuous and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, express or implied, of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goetia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, loss of data, or economic losses arising from the use of the Platform.
The total accumulated liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. TERMINATION
Goetia may suspend or cancel access to the Platform in case of breach of these Terms or misuse.
The user may cancel their account at any time.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party sites or services. Goetia is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of such third parties.
13. MODIFICATIONS
Goetia may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be the one published on the website. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the modifications.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
For any controversy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the user’s country of residence establish another mandatory jurisdiction.
