Delete your account and data

From the app (recommended)

1. Sign in at goetia.ai or in the Android app.
2. Open your Profile (your name, bottom left) → Account tab.
3. At the bottom, tap “Delete my account” and confirm with your password (or type DELETE if you sign in with Google).

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to hola@nube.ninja from the email you registered with, subject “Delete my account”. We process it within 10 business days.

What happens next

• Your session is closed on every device and the account is scheduled for deletion in 7 days. If you sign in again before then, the request is cancelled automatically.
• When the period ends we permanently erase: your account, your grimoire (every conversation and reading), your profile and natal sky, your palm photos, your notifications and your guest data.
• If you pay with Stripe, the subscription is cancelled at the end of the current period. If you pay on Google Play, also cancel it from your Google Play subscriptions.
• We keep, anonymised and without your name or email, the billing records the law requires us to retain.
